Who are we?
We are a group of motorcyclists affiliated to the Institute of Advanced Motorists. As such we are a registered charity for the purpose of advanced motorcycle training leading to greater Road Safety. We cover mainly London, south of the Thames and the northernmost parts of Surrey and Kent.
What do we do?
We offer practical training and advice to bring your riding up to the standard of the IAM Advanced Riding Test. Visit the Training section for more details.
Please note that we do not offer CBT or DAS training.
LAM also has an active social scene, with regular rideouts, weekends away and track days. You can find more details in the Events section.
How do I join?
To join LAM as an Associate you should purchase the IAM's Skill for Life package. Full IAM members can join the group by emailing enquiries@L-A-M.org
