After the recent easing of lockdown restrictions, LAM are back holding group meetings at Banstead and Tatsfield. However, some of the changes we put in place remain:
We are keeping the 1-to-1 ratio of Observers to Associates. This is better for the Associate's training, as they receive the undivided attention of the Observer. However, the downside is we can't get through as many OR's as we did pre-lockdown. Additionally, some Observers haven't returned yet, so we're running at a reduced capacity. We ask that Associates understand and are patient.
Our regular twice-a-month group meetings are back and we are maintaining the 1-to-1 ratio. These are fixed dates, so we encourage all Associates, Full Members and Observers to get these booked in your diary, so we can meet up and enjoy the social side of LAM. If we have a surplus of Associates, we will try to run a group ride, led by a Full Member or Observer.
Masks and social distancing remain optional. We don't want you to do anything that you're not comfortable doing.
