From the Editor

Thanks to Paul for his final chair’s chatter, which has always provided a lively opening article and hopefully Paul will continue to enlighten and entertain us after he has stepped down.

Unfortunately there’s no ‘Meet the Associate’ in part because I haven’t been able to get to a meeting to browbeat anyone into being interviewed: volunteers however are always welcome, just contact me at editor@l-a-m.org

Big thanks to Mike Seary for his thoughts about his new bike – and good to hear about someone returning from the ‘dark side’. Contributions of this sort, whether about bikes, riding gear or accessories are particularly welcome as, although they are one person’s opinion they will, coming from LAM members be honest and trustworthy. You always have to question sponsored vloggers and magazines and anonymous forum postings who might be paid to push a particular product or have a commercial bias.
