Shop ‘n’ Drive - on the A20 near Orpington

From one end of the M20 to the other – I get around you know! Though strictly speaking Shop’n’Drive is on the A20, and preceded by a recently introduced 40mph limit. I know…. And the road is three lanes wide!

Shop’n’Drive is more than a petrol station – it could be a destination in its own right. There’s a Costa, Greggs, a supermarket you could do your weekly shop at if you enjoy ultra-processed food AND, on the same site MACCY D. Cash machine as well for those who still use cash.

Petrol – yes it also sells BP petrol –plenty of pumps, diesel too and there are electric charging points. Normal non-motorway prices.

Toilet – Again yes, and fortunately vacant.  Easy to use without buying anything - rather smelly though and had not been recently cleaned.

Air line and screen- wash  - No.

GOOD FOR – a quick fill-up/loo stop/ travel snack if heading east.

BAD FOR – those heading west – you can’t get to it without a long detour.
