    Celebrity Female Motorcyclists

Views and attitudes expressed in this article are those of our correspondent and not endorsed by the editor. It is not known whether any of the undermentioned celebrities have undertaken advanced motorcycle training. However, having appeared in Progress they will probably be encouraged to do so.

    Cher

Cher has been heard saying that she's always loved bikes (and bikers). She took her first ride, on a Harley-Davidson, at age 14. In the 90s she rode her Harley in the "Happy Harley Days" and "Rejoice on Rodeo" parades. Cher's love for leather and zippers, makes her transition from stage to saddle seamless.

    Alanis Morissette

Ducati-loving Alanis Morissette is another celeb with a famous motorcycle man, former boyfriend Ryan Reynolds, that inspired her to ride. She says riding has helped her deal with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.

    Pamela Anderson

Pamela Anderson, a longtime motorcycle fan, has been seen riding a Triumph in the 1996 film Barbwire. She's also been spotted out on the road on a 2004 Honda Valkyrie Rune which was rumoured to have been sold for over $30,000 in 2008.

    Angelina Jolie

If the phrase, "biker babe" comes to mind when you think of Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider, you are not alone. While not an avid rider, Jolie likes to take a motorcycle ride on occasion. She's owned a BMW F640GS and an MV Agusta, given to her by her ex Brad Pitt (who is also a motorcycle rider).
