- Time: 09:30 - 16:00 - don't be late!
- Instructions: Bike must be road-legal and in good order. Wear appropriate, protective clothing. Please bring a packed lunch, unless you're happy with food from a petrol station. Bring a mug for drinks, save the planet and generate less rubbish.
