Observed rides are normally conducted at the twice-monthly Group Meetings and Associates should prioritise these dates in their diaries.
If you are unable to attend Group Meetings due to shift work or permanent weekend working, you can request a one-to-one OR. Your request will be forwarded to the Observer team and an Observer will be in contact with you when they have availability.
Please ensure you have at least 150-200 miles practice in between OR's (commuting miles don't count)
